董德明，男,汉族，中共党员，理学博士,现任吉林大学校长助理，教授,博士生导师。 协助裘式纶副校长分管自然科学研究，协助张向东副校长分管科技产业。 学部委员，教育部高等学校环境科学教学指导委员会委员，中共吉林省委决策咨询委员会委员，吉林省政府经济社会发展与环境咨询委员会咨询委员，长春市人民政府决策咨询委员会委员，吉林省环境科学学会副理事长，吉林省化学会理事，吉林省政协第八届、第九届委员会委员。

国际生产规划与控制杂志2003年最佳论文奖提名弗吉尼亚理工大学2002年Paul E. Torgersen研究生科研卓越成就奖提名托莱多大学“大学奖学金”:1998年9月至1999年9月国家教委科技理论三等奖发表论文：共发表中英文学术论文40余篇。

　　曾获获山西省科技进步理论成果一等奖（排名5），安徽省科技进步奖2项； 　　1997年享受国务院政府特殊津贴； 　　2005-2009年先后通过省科技厅技术成果鉴定4项； 　　2010年获安徽农业大学教学名师称号； 　　2010年获安徽省教学成果一等奖。
