第一个小问题没办法计算，因为不知道2008年期初现金及现金等价物的余额。如果题目的意思只是想问下当年现金及现金等价物的变化净额的话，2008年为30-30+0.7=0.7万元，2009年为-10+20+0.2=10.2万元；
第二个问题，2008年公司经营活动很好，然后公司用于扩张，加大投资。但是2009年公司经营质量远不如2009年，并且收回了部分投资，整理而言，公司经营、投资活动不稳定。
