The population problem
It is estimated in 1000 before the population on the earth is less than 400000000.However, there are about about 5000000000 of the population in the same earthtoday, which is 13 times before 1000. Can be seen from the figure, almost every yearin the growth of the population. At the start of the 1650 revolution in agriculture and industry played a role in promoting the growth of population. Modern medicine and then in 1850, greatly reduced the mortality rate, so that rapid population growth.
In the past half century, the world population growth make a spurt of progress, we are now faced with the so-called problem of "population explosion". With more and more people came to this world, human beings are now confronted with the problem of insufficient food, because human crops of the land is still so much. If not controlled,the population of the world in 2000 will increase to 7000000000.
In order to solve the problem of "population explosion", or in order to save mankind, it is extremely necessary to practise birth control in some areas of the world.

人口问题
      据估计1000年前地球上的人口不到4亿。但足，如今在同一个地球上约有50多亿人口，这是1000年前的13倍。从上图可以看出，人口几乎年年都在增长。1650年开始的工农业革命对人口增长起了推动作用。接着在1850年出现的现代医学，大大降低了死亡率，使人口急剧增长。

  As is seen from the two graphs, it is clear that with the rapid growth of U.S. population from 1800 to 1990, the number of its wildlife species no longer existing soared during the same period.   Two reasons may account for this phenomenon. To begin with, as the population grows, people consume much more natural resources, which often leads to excessive hunting.       But the overgrowth of population presents a threat to the existence of human society. A large population demands a great deal of food supply and shelter space.
